ONLINE SHOPPING DURING THIS TIME

From Thursday, 26 March South Africa will be in a nationwide lockdown.

According to the government ruling regarding lockdown procedures, we are not allowed to sell non-essential goods until further notice.

You can still select the Quotation Only option at the checkout on our website which will supply you with an invoice with EFT banking details. This quotation will allocate the stock to you which will be on hold for the duration of the lockdown.

Once lockdown is lifted you will have 7 days to pay and activate your order for delivery.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU?

You won’t be able to pay for orders until further notice.

You will be able to log returns or any exchanges via our ticketing system, but we are extending our returns policies to allow you to return or exchange eligible items after the national lockdown has been lifted.

We will reach out directly to customers with pre-existing orders or returns and keep them informed of the next steps.Our contact centre cannot take calls, but is available. You can still reach us at hello@cleverlittlemonkey and we’ll get back to you within 72 working hours.

Any credit with us will be safe until we’re open for shopping again.
