We list an extensive range of products on the site detailing pricing, descriptions, sizes and pictures for your ease of browsing. All of the products are guaranteed for workmanship and quality. We ship country-wide. FAST, EASY ONLINE SHOPPING for those who don’t have the time or lust for busy shopping malls.
How do I shop on cleverlittlemonkey.co.za?
Select a category in the top menu and browse through to subcategories. You can click through for more information on each product and add to cart. The Cart is shown at the top right where you can click to view cart at any time or checkout when you are ready. Enter your details and make payment via EFT or credit card. Your order will be despatched once your payment clears and you will receive updated email notifcations along the way.
What payment options do you offer?
Cleverlittlemonkey.co.za offers instant EFT payments with the following banks: ABSA, FNB, Nedbank, Standard Bank.
We also accept all South African credit cards by Visa/Mastercard with 3D secure enabled as well as offering Mobicred payments.
Where does cleverlittlemonkey.co.za ship to?
We deliver orders over R400 free to main city centers. All areas outside of these cities are considered regional and will attract a regional surcharge. View our Delivery terms here.
Do you have showrooms?
If you would like to view a selection of our furniture you are welcome to visit our furniture showroom in Midrand at Bowline Fulfilment. Please note that this is not a store and only selected furniture items are showcased. A list of items displayed are on the showroom page.

Do you offer assembly?
If you live in CT, Durban or Gauteng you may order assembly for your flat-pack furniture items at an additional charge based on how long it takes to assemble the item. Assembly charges are listed on each product details page as an additional option. Please make sure the room where installation will take place is ready and cleared. The delivery people are not responsible for clearing your room. If you live somewhere else, don’t worry – you will receive assembly instructions (if applicable). As long as you don’t try it late at night when the kids are screaming everything should go down(or shall we say up) well!
Can I consolidate my shipping?
Depending on what you have ordered, items may ship together or may ship separately due to our warehousing or supplier location. items can only be consolidated if shipping from the same location.
Can I change my shipping address or time of delivery?
The couriers will attempt to deliver your parcel between Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. You are welcome to let us know which days suit you for delivery, otherwise, the courier should send a notification on the day of delivery. Shipping addresses can only be changed prior to despatch. Please contact our call center to arrange.
Are the products under warranty?
All products are guaranteed for workmanship and quality. Please report any flaws or damage within 7 days of receiving the order. All products carry a 6 month warranty against flaws in workmanship. Some brands carry further product warranties which will be stipulated under the product information page.
What happens if I don’t like what I ordered?
If you have purchased an in stock item and have changed your mind within 7 days, you are welcome to return it for a full refund less the relevant shipping fees. Returns (as per our returns policy) are only accepted if the item is still in its original packaging and original condition and suitable for resale. The refund will be processed once the item has been received back in its original condition. Please advise us in advance of any intended returns so that we may authorise the return and arrange for the collection (if applicable). Contact us at 086 1000 993.
If you have ordered an item which is made to order, we are unable to accept a return or trade-in. If you have assembled a flat-pack item we also cannot accept a return.
How long until delivery?
In stock items will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days after clearance of your payment. Made to order items are dispatched once the manufacturing lead time has been completed and will be delivered within 3-7 working days via courier or 5-9 working days for special freight items(i.e. furniture).

Why can’t I login? I have ordered from you in the past but my user account no longer works.
We have switched to a brand new and improved system on our website to make shopping easier for you. Simply register a new account on our site. You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0861 000 993 and we will sort it out for you.
How do the points work?
For each product purchased you receive reward points. Once your order is marked as shipped and complete these points become active on your user account and can be used to pay towards your next order.
