We list an extensive range of products on the site detailing pricing, descriptions, sizes and pictures for your ease of browsing. All of the products are guaranteed for workmanship and quality. We ship country-wide. FAST, EASY ONLINE SHOPPING for those who don’t have the time or lust for busy shopping malls.
How do I shop on cleverlittlemonkey.co.za?
Select a category in the top menu and browse through to subcategories. You can click through for more information on each product and add to cart. The Cart is shown at the top right where you can click to view cart at any time or checkout when you are ready. Enter your details and make payment via EFT or credit card. Please note that different products ship from different suppliers so please choose the shipping options for each supplier.
What payment options do you offer?
Cleverlittlemonkey.co.za offers instant EFT payments with the following banks: ABSA, FNB, Nedbank, Standard Bank.
We also accept all South African credit cards by Visa/Mastercard with 3D secure enabled.
Where do you ship to?
We deliver furniture shipments for free to the following main city hubs: Pretoria, Johannesburg, Midrand, Cape Town, PE , George, Durban, East London, Nelspruit, Bloemfontein, Witbank, Randburg, Welkom, Polokwane, Port Elizabeth. All areas outside of these cities are considered regional. Smaller parcels are sent via Postal Track & Trace.
Do you have showrooms?
If you would like to view a selection of our furniture you are welcome to visit our furniture showrooms in Cape Town and Midrand at Bowline Fulfilment. Please note that these are not stores and only selected furniture items are showcased. A list of items displayed are on the “showrooms” page.

Do you offer assembly?
If you live in CT, Durban or Gauteng you may request assembly for your flat-pack furniture items at an additional charge based on how long it takes to assemble the item. Assembly charges are listed on each product details page as an additional option. Please make sure the room where installation will take place is ready and cleared. The delivery people are not responsible for clearing your room. If you live somewhere else, don’t worry – you will receive assembly instructions (if applicable). As long as you don’t try it late at night when the kids are screaming everything should go down(or shall we say up) well!
Can I consolidate my shipping?
If you purchase more than one product from the same supplier/designer then shipping will automatically be consolidated to help you save on shipping fees (free shipping applies on orders over R250 from the same supplier). Products are shipped directly from the supplier so if you order from different suppliers individual shipping fees may apply on orders under R250. Rest assured that even if you were buying from a local shop the distribution fees are added in there somewhere anyway.
During the checkout process, the website will divide your shipping fees into suppliers and give you the option to choose which method and city to ship to. Simply choose the option which suits you best for each supplier.
Can I change my shipping address or time of delivery?
The couriers will attempt to deliver your parcel between Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. You are welcome to let us know which days suit you for delivery, otherwise, the courier should contact you. Shipping addresses can only be changed prior to despatch. Please contact our call center to arrange.
Are the products under warranty?
All products are guaranteed for workmanship and quality. Please report any flaws within 48 hours of receiving the order. Some brands carry a further product warranties which will be stipulated under the product information page.
What happens if I don’t like what I ordered?
If you have purchased an in stock item and have changed your mind within 7 days, you are welcome to return it for a full refund less the relevant shipping fees. Returns (as per our returns policy) are only accepted if the item is still in its original packaging and original condition. The refund will be processed once the item has been received back in its original condition. Please advise us in advance of any intended returns so that we may authorise the return and arrange for the collection (if applicable). Contact us at 086 1000 993.
If you have ordered an item which is made to order, we are unable to accept a return or trade in. If you have assembled a flat-pack item we also cannot accept a return.
How long until delivery?
In stock items are dispatched within 1-3 days after clearance of your payment with postal delivery within 3-7 working days and courier delivery within 1-3 days. Made to order items are dispatched once the manufacturing lead time has been completed and will be delivered within 3-7 working days via post, 1-3 working days via courier or 5-9 working days for special freight items(i.e. furniture).

Why can’t I login? I have ordered from you in the past but my user account no longer works.

How do the points work?
For each product purchased you receive reward points. Once your order is marked as shipped and complete these points become active on your user account and can be used to pay towards your next order.
