Hi I'm Beans.I absolutely love cooking and baking with my children; Levi and Charlotte. Before becoming a mom, I studied to be a foundation phase teacher at Stellenbosch University and opened up a baking business. Now I am a full-time mommy and healthy recipe developer. We absolutely love healthy, wholesome food and I would love to share some of my tips and tricks for getting your kids to eat all of the food that is truly nourishing and delicious. I love getting my children involved in the kitchen as its special quality time together and they also learn so much about new flavours and textures, we even include maths in a fun way. I also find that if my kids helped to make the food, they are more inclined to eat it as they played a role in making it. Most of my recipes are gluten and refined sugar-free, resulting in food that leaves you feeling happy, nurtured, satisfied and ready for life.
